I have developed a style of exercise that
incorporates boxing techniques initially, then graduates into a
taught ability by actually fighting like a real boxer. It is for the
person that has a genuine desire to learn how to fight, and to get
in great physical shape, all at the same time.
If you’re one of those people looking for a quick fix that promises
you results in a short time period, this is definitely not for you.
If you’re that special person with a true desire to raise their
entire physical fitness to an elite level, then “BodyBoxing”
should be in your immediate future.
First you learn perfectly balanced footwork, and then I will teach
you the four basic boxing punches, that will include the jab, power
hand, hook, and uppercut. Then I will turn on my electronic timer,
and I’ll take through a two minute round while you learn how to
throw the fore mentioned punches against a pair of hand pads worn by
me, as we move on our feet, dancing the boxers two step. I’ll call
out for a punch, or a combination of punches against a pair of hand
pads.
“BodyBoxing” is the closet form
of exercise that any one can do, to get a feel for what it’s like to
fight another boxer. This type of fighting, and you will fight, can
be done without suffering black or cut eyes, busted lips, bloody or
broken noses, and most importantly, no brain damage.
BodyBoxing is a very
competitive, but safe, alternative-fighting style for those who
enjoy fighting/boxing, but do not want to suffer any of the
above-mentioned dangers involved with the sport. The striking areas
are from your shoulders to the waist, only!
Participants will wear 18 oz. gloves, mouthpieces, and I will wear a
headgear, safety first and foremost. For the ladies, I have a vest
for them to wear that will absorb most of the effects of the punch
or punches, making them a little more confident when first
endeavoring into the art of “BodyBoxing.”

cardiovascular conditioning, comprehensive workout of your life,

Ages range from 12+. This is as serious a workout for anyone can
possibly commit to. Be prepared to have fun, sweat and
learn how to fight.
With over 30 years in the fight game, I’m experienced in all aspects
of boxing, with a sixth sense when it comes to teaching and
motivating my clients to succeed. I teach with verbal commands as
well as personal demonstrations.
This program is also for someone just starting a fitness program, to
the experienced boxer that has retired, but still enjoys fighting,
throwing punches, and staying in shape.
I have the skill, discipline, and physical conditioning, to train
at what ever level of experience you possess. Or raise the “bar” to
what ever level I’d need to, to assure this one of a kind, never
before offered any where in the world workout. It’s safe, but
challenging for the beginner, or for a boxing champion who wants to
improve his/hers physical conditioning, while practicing their
inside fighting ability.
